Our Mission and Vision

Missionary Universe is a 5013C charity organization devoted to helping youth learn the principles of missionary effectiveness now—so they can bless their local communities, and prepare for full time missionary service.

We accomplish this goal through in-person training, engaging content, along with books and documents that chronicle learnings from thousands of hours of missionary service. With prior approval from your Stake President, we can come to your stake and train youth on how to accomplish the work in a way that is aligned with God’s chosen servants. We can also train your local missionaries with prior approval from your mission president.

Our prophet has called upon every young man and young woman between the ages of 12-18 to enlist in the “Youth Battalion of the Lord.” We provide the training and support to help these youth reach their divine potential, and bring many unto Christ.

When we put our trust in God, anything is possible.

When we put our trust in God, anything is possible because He knows our true potential and provides guidance when we seek His help. Trusting in God allows us to overcome challenges, find solutions in difficult situations, and achieve what may seem impossible on our own.

A beautiful example of this faith in action is the work of LDS missionaries. They leave behind their homes, families, and personal plans for 18 to 24 months to serve others and share the gospel, relying on God to guide them.

Through their trust in Him, they are able to touch lives, bring people to Christ, and experience miracles in the hearts of those they serve. This is a powerful testimony of what can be accomplished when we place our trust in the Lord.

Christian McOmber

Creative Commander

Christian works in Advertising as a Creative Director, while his heart remains in the mission field. After serving with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, he came home with a renewed hope for the future of the world and a resolve to be a “Lifelong Missionary.” His continual pursuit to bring many unto Christ has led him here.

Shane Gardner

Chief Strategist

Shane is a commanding officer in the United States Military and founding member of Missionary Universe. While stationed in Los Angeles, he met Christian and the two instantly bonded over a shared passion for the gospel of Jesus Christ and its impact on the world. Shane has played an integral role in crafting the foundation and vision for our efforts.

Leonard Mack

Chief Technologist

Leonard is a successful tech entrepreneur and recent convert to the church. The moment missionaries first met with him, he felt the desire to join this great work and use his talents to build the Kingdom. Two years after his baptism he took on an advisory role for Missionary Universe that has quickly developed into a fruitful partnership.
